Britain in Focus: A Photographic History will open to coincide with the BBC Four television series of the same name, due to be aired in March 2017. The exhibition, (17th March - 25th June 2017) will be a true reflection of the TV series, which explores the history of British photography, examining the ‘…changing ways we have pictured ourselves, how science and technology has shaped the course of photography, how great art has come from the camera and how every era has produced its own unforgettable masterpiece.’ The series is presented by Eamonn McCabe.
Britain in Focus: A Photographic History is a BBC and National Media Museum partnership.
