Redeye is delighted to announce the first in a series of events
taking place over winter, with venues across the north of England.
The first is in partnership with Open Eye Gallery, Liverpool.

Philippe Chancel has spent 20 years using photography to investigate
the shifting, richly complex terrain between art, documentary and
journalism. His latest project, DPRK, is a unique investigation,
involving unprecedented access, into North Korea, one of the world's
most isolated countries. The resulting exhibition, on show at Open
Eye, has been shortlisted for the prestigious £30,000 Deutsche Borse

The talk will take place on 1st December at 7pm, at Open Eye Gallery,
Wood St, Liverpool L1 4AQ. Afterwards there will be a signing by
Philippe Chancel of the book 'North Korea'.
