Save the date: National Photography Symposium 2018

Redeye is delighted to be returning with the next National Photography Symposium (NPS), its biennial event, this year held at the MediaCityUK base of the University of Salford. The Symposium will be held over three dynamic and engaging days, 1-3 November 2018.

 

Project Legacy 2018 - Illuminate

Illuminate, a photography organisation aimed at providing a network and a platform to quality photographic practice in Hull, is run by Verity Adriana and was co founded with Anna Bean.

They have just received funding from the Hull City Arts grants, to commission artists for their latest program Project Legacy 2018.

Route Exhibition Kickstarter

A collection of final year students from BA (Hons) Photography at Manchester School of Art, are holding an exhibition, between the 2nd-9th July 2018 called Route in Arles, France. As part of the internationally recognised Voies Off festival, coinciding with Les Rencontres d'Arles festival. They are also creating a catalogue of the entire graduating year group, which will be shown at both their Degree Show and Route exhibition.

University of Salford and Open Eye Gallery launch a new MA in Socially Engaged Photography Practice

The University of Salford has announced a new MA programme, delivered with Open Eye Gallery: Socially Engaged Photography Practice with Community Experience.

Redeye starts work as a Sector Support Organisation in Arts Council's National Portfolio

Redeye is delighted to announce that from April 2018 we will be funded as a Sector Support Organisation (SSO) by Arts Council England within the National Portfolio.
