NOOR images  invite you to a three-day workshop with NOOR photographer Alixandra Fazzina in Zagreb, Croatia entitled Up-close: Long-term Documentary Storytelling. It will be hosted by Organ Vida as part of international photography festival programme. Over the course of the workshop, Alixandra will guide the participants through the complexities and structures of documenting transition that can shape the photographer’s own visual storytelling. The workshop includes in-depth group discussions to encourage the participants to think about stories that can be both engaging, yet up-close, and told with great sensitivity. Importantly, Alixandra will address the intricacies and ethical complexities of putting other people’s lives into pictures. The workshop will also provide the participants with one-to-one portfolio reviews and help them shape their own personal projects.
