Hothouse arrives in Leeds for a day-long celebration of photographic talent. Throughout the day there will be short presentations from photographers about their recent work and projects, plus ample opportunity for networking and showing portfolios and books. Redeye is delighted to be working with Miniclick and Lens Think Yorkshire on this edition of Hothouse; they have both contributed to the day’s programming.

The AGM is where Redeye reflects on the past year as well as making key decisions for the future.

This is the first chance for you to hear about Redeye's plans for the next year and beyond. New board members will be voted in and you can meet other Redeye members as well as all staff and directors. So come along, have your say and catch up with old friends and new. Drinks and buffet will be provided.

Photographic artist and Redeye member Natalie Wardle returns to host an evening with talented Northern photographers whose work looks at the human form in visual art and performance. Speaking alongside Natalie will be Lucy Ridges and Michael Savage.

The Photography Show returns to the NEC for its fifth year, between 17-20 March 2018. This year, Redeye will be hosting advice sessions on Monday 19 March.

How do you make a living from the work you really want to do? As part of our work to support contemporary creative and fine art photographers to deliver personal or self-generated projects as part of their broader careers, we are delighted to offer two short sessions at Beyond the Lens Festival 2017.

In partnership with Castlefield Gallery and Manchester Craft & Design Centre, we present a day of talks, discussions and workshops encouraging photographers, artists and makers to draw inspiration for their personal practice from other paid and commercial work.

Manchester's mayor has committed to end unintentional homelessness and rough sleeping. Join us for an event exploring the role photography, media and the arts, can play in helping achieve this goal.
