Redeye's Rethink Sessions aim to help photographers and artists navigate and adapt to the COVID-19 crisis; to reprioritise, and find new ideas and income during the pandemic and beyond.
The first of The Rethink Sessions will aim to tackle a couple of the most common questions we have been asked; ‘How do I fund my practice through the pandemic?’ and ‘How can I respond artistically?’.
Howard Hopwood is the chair of Redeye's board and has 40 years experience in the photographic industry. Howard starts the session with his thoughts on documenting and responding to the pandemic as artists and photographers.
Helen Jenkins is Redeye’s Development Advisor and a trainer with the Arts Council England Funded ‘Arts Fundraising and Philanthropy Programme’. She will be offering general advice about some of the arts funding for individuals that have been recently announced.
Please send any questions you have for Howard or Helen to chat@redeye.org.uk. They will use these questions to start the conversation and there will be the opportunity to ask further questions during the event.
We would like to thank Helen and Howard who are both generously donating their time to help keep our running costs low and events free to all.
