Redeye and Chinese Arts Centre are delighted to invite you to In the Steps of Chen Man, a fashion photography workshop inspired by Chen Man’s solo exhibition at Chinese Arts Centre.

Starting with a special tour of the exhibition at Chinese Arts Centre led by Elizabeth Wewiora, the workshop will continue at Jonathan Keenan Studios where participants will go through all that is involved with a fashion shoot, from models and make up to lighting before taking your own fashion shots. Please bring your own camera. Only 12 places are available, please book soon to avoid disappointment.

Led by Manchester-based photographer Ray Chan, the workshop will be inspired by the varying styles of Chen Man and her work in this exhibition. Ray Chan is a respected photographer, creating dynamic and arresting images shooting sports, portraits and advertising projects for high profile clients such as Adidas, Umbro, Polydor, Levis, XL recordings, The Royal Exchange Theatre Manchester, Manchester Art Gallery, Channel 4 and Oi Polloi.
